Patok Harga Tertinggi Rp396 per Saham, Moratelindo (MORA) Mulai Penawaran Umum Hari Ini

EmitenNews.com – PT Mora Telematika Indonesia Tbk atau Moratelindo (MORA) hari ini 2 Agustus hingga 4 Agustus 2022 melakukan penawaran umum perdana ke masyarakat  dalam rangka Initial Public Offering (IPO) pada harga Rp396 per saham. Harga perdana tersebut merupakan tertinggi yang ditawarkan pada penawaran awal atau book building di rentang harga Rp368 hingga Rp396 per saham.

Dalam prospektus e-ipo hari ini Selasa (2/8) MORA melepas sebanyak-banyaknya sebanyak 2.525.464.300 Saham baru yang dikeluarkan dari portepel atau 11,00%  dari jumlah seluruh modal ditempatkan dan disetor penuh  pada nilai nominal Rp100 per saham.

Perusahaan bidang aktivitas telekomunikasi dengan kabel, internet service provider & jasa interkoneksi internet (NAP) tersebut  bakal meraup dana dari IPO ini sekitar Rp1 triliun.

Perseroan juga mengadakan program alokasi saham kepada karyawan sebanyak-banyaknya 0,25% saham dari Saham Yang Ditawarkan dalam Penawaran Umum Perdana Saham atau sebesar 6.526.200  saham (“Program ESA”)

Bertindak sebagao Penjamin Pelaksana Emisi Efek PT BNI Sekuritas PT Sucor Sekuritas. Penjamin Emisi Efek menjamin dengan kesanggupan penuh (full comittment) terhadap Penawaran Umum Perdana Saham Perseroan.

Seluruh dana yang diperoleh dari Penawaran Umum setelah dikurangi dengan biaya-biaya emisi, akan dipergunakan untuk sekitar 85% akan digunakan untuk kebutuhan investasi termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada Ekspansi jaringan, termasuk backbone, lastmile, Capacity upgrades, infrastruktur pasif dan Sekitar 15% akan digunakan untuk modal kerja dan kegiatan umum usaha Perseroan (General Corporate Purposes).

Adapun jadwal pelaksanaan sebagai berikut:

– Masa Penawaran Umum : 2 – 4 Agustus 2022

– Penjatahan : 4 Agustus 2022

– Distribusi Saham Secara Elektronik : 5 Agustus 2022

– Pencatatan pada PT Bursa Efek Indonesia : 8 Agustus 2022
