Pelayaran Nasional Ekalya (ELPI) Tawarkan IPO Rp190-240 per Saham, Cek Jadwalnya

EmitenNews.com – PT Pelayaran Nasional Ekalya Purnamasari Tbk (ELPI) akan melakukan penawaran umum saham melalui  initial public offering (IPO) sebanyak -banyaknya 1.112.000.000 saham biasa atas nama, atau sebanyak-banyaknya sebesar 15%  dari modal ditempatkan dan disetor Perseroan setelah Penawaran Umum Perdana Saham dengan nilai nominal Rp100 setiap saham

Calon emiten yang bergerak dalam bidang angkutan laut dan aktivitas penunjang angkutan Oil dan Gas Storage tersebut dalam prospektus e-ipo Rabu (13/7) disebutkan, masa penawaran awal mulai dilakukan pada 14 Juli – 21 Jul 2022 pada  harga Penawaran sebesar Rp190 hingga Rp240 setiap saham. Sehingga dana yang bakal diraup diperkirakan sebanyak-banyaknya Rp211.280.000.000 hingga Rp266.880.000.000.

Perseroan juga mengadakan Program Alokasi Saham Karyawan (Employee Stock Allocation atau “ESA”) dengan mengalokasikan saham sebanyak-banyaknya 111.200.000 saham atau sebanyak-banyaknya sebesar 10% dari jumlah Saham Yang Ditawarkan dalam Penawaran Umum Perdana Saham.

Bertindak sebagai Penjamin Emisi Efek yaitu PT Trimegah Sekuritas (LG). “Penjamin Pelaksana Emisi Efek menjamin dengan kesanggupan penuh (full commitment) terhadap Penawaran Umum Perdana Saham”, tulis manajemen.

Adapun perkiraan pelaksanaan sebagai berikut:

Masa Penawaran Awal : 14 – 21 Juli 2022.

Perkiraan  penjatahan saham : 4 Agustus 2022

Perkiraan efektif : 29 Juli 2022.

Perkiraan distribusi saham secara eletronik : 5 Agustus 2022

Perkiraan masa penawaran umum : 2 – 4 Agustus 2022.

Perkiraan pencatatan saham : 8 Agustus 2022
