Pemilik DCII dan Pengusaha Alfa Group Dikabarkan Siap Tambah Kepemilikan di LAJU

EmitenNews.com—Berdasarkan kabar pasar yang sedang mengemuka, saat ini pemilik PT DCI Indonesia dan sejumlah pengusaha dari Alfa Group (Grup Alfamart) akan menambah kepemilikannya di PT Jasa Berdikari Logistics Tbk (LAJU).

Mengacu pada informasi dari sumber yang dapat dipercaya, belakangan ini pemilik yang sekaligus Komisaris Utama DCII, Marina Budiman disebut-sebut akan menambah jumlah saham di LAJU. Mengutip data kepemilikan saham LAJU per 31 Januari 2023, Marina memiliki 10 juta saham atau sebesar 0,47 persen.

Selain itu, sejak pelaksanaan penawaran umum perdana saham (IPO) LAJU pada awal tahun ini, sejumlah nama pengusaha dari grup PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk (AMRT), termasuk pengusaha PT Midi Utama Indonesia Tbk (MIDI) juga tercatat mengoleksi saham LAJU melalui underwriter PT NH Korindo Sekuritas Indonesia.

Terkait dengan kabar pasar mengenai rencana penambahan kepemilikan di LAJU itu, disebutkan pula bahwa baru-baru ini NH Korindo Sekuritas mencatat pembelian saham LAJU yang cukup besar. “Underwriter LAJU, NH Korindo Sekuritas, tercatat melakukan pembelian cukup besar pada 16 Maret 2023 dan terjadi keberlanjutan penguatan terhadap harga saham”.

Sumber menyampaikan, sejak pencatatan perdana saham pada 27 Januari 2023, nilai transaksi harian pernah mencapai lebih dari Rp100 miliar per hari. Seperti diketahui, nilai transaksi LAJU pada perdagangan 16 Maret 2023 mencapai Rp137,55 miliar, yang sekaligus membuktikan bahwa investor yang berminat di saham LAJU sangat besar,” tegasnya.
