Pengurus Teras Boyong 42.800 Saham BCA (BBCA) Rp7.200 per Lembar, Cek Detailnya

EmitenNews.com – Lianawaty Suwono terus menambah koleksi saham Bank Central Asia (BBCA). Berdasar laporan terbaru, Lianawaty membeli 42.800 lembar. Transaksi pembelian dilakukan pada harga pelaksanaan Rp7.200 per lembar.

Aksi beli salah satu pengurus teras BCA itu telah terjadi pada 6 Juli 2022. Kala itu, saham BCA menyudahi perdagangan di k?saran Rp7.225 per lembar. Jadi, dengan pembelian teranyar itu, Lianawaty dipaksa merogoh kocek senilai Rp308,16 juta.

Transaksi itu, diklaim sebagai aksi untuk investasi alias untuk kepentingan pribadi semata. ”Transaksi dengan tujuan investasi alias nabung saham dengan status kepemilikan secara langsung,” tulis Linda Chandrawati, kepala Subdivisi Bank Central Asia. 

Menyusul aksi itu, porsi kepemilikan saham Lianawaty atas BCA bertambah menjadi 1,77 juta lembar. Melejit tipis dari sebelum transaksi dengan porsi kepemilikan saham sebanyak 1,72 juta lembar. (*)
