Perintis Triniti Properti siapkan dana Rp60 miliar untuk buyback saham

JAKARTA. PT Perintis Triniti Properti Tbk (TRIN), perusahaan real estate yang beroperasi sejak 2009, akan melaksanakan pembelian kembali (buyback) saham dengan anggaran sebanyak Rp60 miliar.

Jumlah saham yang akan dibeli oleh TRIN tidak melebihi 20% dari jumlah modal disetor, menurut keterangan resmi perseroan. “Dengan ketentuan paling sedikit saham yang beredar adalah 7,5% dari modal disetor dan ditempatkan dalam perseroan, yang harus tetap dimiliki oleh masyarakat,” ungkap Manajemen TRIN.

Sumber dana yang akan dipakai TRIN untuk melaksanakan aksi buyback tersebut yaitu kas internal. Manajemen perseroan menegaskan aksi korporasi ini tidak akan berdampak signifikan terhadap biaya operasional.

TRIN menunjuk PT Mirae Asset Sekuritas Indonesia untuk melakukan buyback saham. Pembelian saham akan dilaksanakan lewat perdagangan di Bursa Efek Indonesia, dengan harga yang lebih rendah atau sama dengan harga penutupan perdagangan sebelumnya.

Menurut data idnfinancials.com, harga saham TRIN pada perdagangan hari ini bergerak menguat 22,45% atau 110 poin ke level Rp600 per lembar, sampai dengan pukul 14.17 WIB. Kemarin, harga saham TRIN ditutup pada harga Rp490 per lembar. (KR)
