Perkuat Struktur Modal, Bank Capital (BACA) Tawarkan Private Placement 19,94 Miliar Saham

EmitenNews.com – Bank Capital Indonesia (BACA) bakal menggelar private placement maksimal 19.946.980.337 helai alias 19,94 miliar lembar. Saham baru setara 72,14 persen dari modal ditempatkan, dan disetor penuh itu, dibalut nilai nominal Rp100. Harga pelaksanaan akan ditentukan kemudian. 

Secara garis besar, dana hasil private placement setelah dikurangi dengan seluruh biaya emisi untuk modal kerja, dan memperkuat struktur permodalan perseroan. Kecukupan modal, salah satu faktor utama mempengaruhi perseroan dalam menjalankan kegiatan usaha sehat, dan pengembangan usaha untuk meningkatkan pendapatan usaha perseroan. 

Oleh karena itu, perseroan perlu memperkuat struktur permodalan dalam memperbaiki posisi keuangan. Dengan melaksanakan private placement, diharap mendapat dana tambahan untuk mengurangi risiko keuangan soal penguatan modal. Dengan begitu, perseroan dapat menjalankan kegiatan usaha secara sehat, dan meningkatkan kinerja secara berkelanjutan. 

Private placement itu, akan di exercise oleh PT Capital Global Investama (CGInvestama). PT Capital Global Investama merupakan pemegang saham utama perseroan, dan pihak terafiliasi perseroan. Nah, untuk memuluskan rencana tersebut, perseroan akan meminta izin kepada pemegang saham.

Untuk kepentingan itu, perseroan akan menggelar rapat umum pemegang saham luar biasa pada Rabu, 16 November 2022 pukul 10.00 WIB. Peserta berhak hadir dalam rapat dengan nama tercatat dalam daftar pemegang saham pada Senin, 24 Oktober 2022 pukul 16.00 WIB. (*)
