Perkuat Struktur Subholding, Samudera Indonesia (SMDR) Injeksi Modal Entitas Usaha Rp3 M

EmitenNews.com – PT Samudera Indonesia (SMDR) menginjeksi modal PT Satuan Harapan Indonesia (SHI). Sebagai afiliasi perseroan, SHI mendapat guyuran Rp3 miliar. Suntikan modal itu, untuk memperkuat struktur subholding perseroan.

Penguatan modal itu dilakukan melalui skema penerbitan saham SHI 75 saham. Alokasi itu sekitar 55,56 persen dari seluruh modal ditempatkan dan disetor SHI. Saham SHI itu dibekali dengan harga pelaksanaan Rp40 ribu per lembar. Itu berdasar laporan penilai yang ditunjuk perseroan.

Dengan suntikan modal itu, modal disetor SHI menjadi Rp135 juta dari sebelumnya Rp60 juta. Samudera Indonesia mengempit 75 lembar atau 55,56 persen Rp75 juta. Lalu, PT Samudera Indonesia Mitra Manajemen 30 lembar alias 22,22 persen senilai Rp30 juta, dan PT Samudera Wadah Mitra 30 lembar setara 30 lembar selevel 22,22 persen sebesar Rp30 juta. 

Injeksi modal untuk penguatan internal group. Terutama bidang jasa penyediaan administrasi, dan sumber daya manusia dalam kelompok usaha perseroan. Dengan begitu, diharap dapat mendongkrak kontribusi pendapatan, dan pada akhirnya berdampak positif bagi pemegang saham publik.
