Perusahaan Sawit Terpadu Jhonlin Agro, Tawarkan IPO Rp250-300 per Saham

EmitenNews.com – PT Jhonlin Agro Raya Tbk (JARR) akan melakukan penawaran umum perdana saham atau initial public offering (IPO), dengan melepas sebanyak 1.222.950.000 saham baru pada nilai nominal Rp100 per lembar.

Dalam  prospektus e-IPO, Senin (11/7/2022)  perusahaan perkebunan dan Pengolahan Minyak Kelapa Sawit Terpadu ini akan melepas  15,29 persen dari modal ditempatkan dan disetor penuh.

Sebagai langkah awal, perseroan melakukan penawaran awal atau book buliding yang dimulai pada  tanggal 12 – 15 Juli 2022 dengan  kisaran harga Rp250 hingga Rp300 per lembar. Sehingga nilai IPO ini sebesar Rp305,73 miliar hingga Rp366,88 miliar.

Sedangkan dana hasil IPO,  79 persen untuk modal kerja seperti pembelian CPO (Crude Palm Oil) dan bahan baku lainnya. Sedangkan sisanya, 21 persen dialokasikan sebagai belanja modal seperti pembangunan proyek pabrik kelapa sawit.

Untuk diketahui, perseroan membukukan laba tahun berjalan sebesar Rp97,84 miliar, setelah membukukan penjualan Rp 1,303 triliun dalam laporan keuangan periode yang berakhir 31 Maret 2022.
