Private Placement Rp408 Miliar Tuntas, Saham Bumi Resources (BUMI) Siap Meroket?

EmitenNews.com – PT Bumi Resources (BUMI) menuntaskan obligasi wajib konversi (OWK) Rp408,15 miliar. Itu dilakukan dengan mengonversi 5,10 miliar lembar pada harga pelaksanaan Rp80 per saham. Efeknya, peredaran saham emiten batu bara itu menanjak signifikan menjadi 140,03 miliar saham. 

Private placement dengan skema Obligasi wajib konversi (OWK) telah dilakukan Innovate Capital Pte. Ltd. Konversi saham seri C itu bernominal Rp50 per lembar dengan pelaksanaan Rp80 per saham. Setelah private placement rampung, saham Bumi Resources justru minus 5 poin alias 3,5 persen menjadi Rp138 per lembar.  Sepanjang perdagangan, saham Bumi Resources berayun pada level terendah Rp134, tertinggi Rp148 dengan pembukaan Rp144 per lembar.

Enam bulan terakhir, saham emiten di bawah panji kebesaran Bakrie Group itu, telah melangit 97,14 persen atau 68 poin dari posisi 21 Februari 2022 di kisaran Rp70 per lembar. Sepanjang 52 mingau terakhir, saham Bumi Resources pernah tembus Rp173 per lembar dan terendah Rp50. Bumi Resources menggendong market cap Rp17,78 triliun dengan P/E ratio 3,26.

Saham Bumi Resources digadang-gadang bakal tembus Rp150-154 per lembar. Lonjakan harga itu, akan ditopang peningkatan harga batu bara menjadi USD400 per ton. ”Tidak hanya saham Bumi Resources, saham lain berkorelasi dengan batu bara juga akut terkerek,” tutur Analis Kanaka Hita Solvera (KHS) Andhika Cipta Labora.

Per 29 Juli 2022, pemegang saham Bumi Resources antara lain HSBC Fund SVS A/C 14,84 miliar alias 11 persen, NBS Clients 9,41 miliar lembar atau 6,97 persen, Watiga Trust Ltd 2,89 miliar lembar setara 5,72 persen, Long Haul Holding Lt 2,89 miliar lembar selevel 2,15 persen.

Lalu, Bakrie Capital 77,73 juta lembar sebesar 0,05 persen, Biofuel Indo 1,51 miliar lembar alias 1,13 persen, Long Haul Indonesia 3,95 juta lembar, PT Multi Mandiri 1,90 juta lembar, dan masyarakat 98,46 miliar lembar atau setara dengan porsi kepemilikan 72,98 persen. (*)
