Ramayana Lestari (RALS) Minta Restu Buyback Rp200 Miliar

EmitenNews.com – PT Ramayana Lestari Sentosa Tbk (RALS) berencana melakukan pembelian kembali saham atau buy back di pasar sebanyak-banyaknya 5% dari modal disetor Perseroan atau maksimum sebanyak 360.000.000 lembar saham.

Manajemen RALS dalam keterangan resmi Kamis (21/7) menyebutkan bahwa pihaknya telah menyiapkan dana sekitar Rp200 miliar untuk melancarkan aksi korporasi tersebut. Jumlah dana itu termasuk biaya perantara pedagang efek dan biaya lainnya sehubungan dengan pembelian kembali saham.

Namun demikian, untuk melakukan aksi korporasi ini, Perseroan harus meminta persetujuan kepada pemegang saham RUPSLB terlebih dahulu yang akan dilaksanakan  pada hari Senin, tanggal 29 Agustus 2022. Periode Rencana akan dilaksanakan dalam waktu paling lama 18 bulan.

Direksi Perseroan berkeyakinan bahwa pelaksanaan Rencana oleh Perseroan tidak akan mempengaruhi pembiayaan kegiatan usaha Perseroan, mengingat Perseroan mempunyai modal kerja dan arus kas yang cukup dan memadai untuk melaksanakan Rencana termasuk pembiayaan kegiatan usaha Perseroan.

“Perseroan mengalami keuntungan untuk tahun buku 2021 dan Direksi Perseroan telah berhasil memelihara kecukupan likuiditas sehingga Perseroan bermaksud untuk meningkatkan nilai pemegang saham dengan mengembalikan kelebihan arus kas kepada para pemegang sahamnya melalui pelaksanaan Rencana ini. Persetujuan atas Rencana akan memberikan fleksibilitas yang lebih besar kepada Perseroan dalam mengelola modal untuk mencapai struktur permodalan yang lebih efisien.” tulis Manajemen RALS.
