Rencana Berubah, Bank Sinarmas (BSIM) Tak Lagi Jadi Calon Investor DANA

JAKARTA, investor.id – PT Bank Sinarmas Tbk (BSIM) mengungkapkan bahwa terdapat perubahan rencana kepemilikan saham pada PT Espay Debit Indonesia Koe melalui PT Elang Andalan Nusantara (EAN). Espay Debit Indonesia Koe adalah penyelenggara layanan dompet digital, DANA.

“Perubahan rencana kepemilikan saham pada Espay Debit Indonesia Koe (melalui EAN) yang didasarkan atas kesepakatan bersama para calon investor, menyebabkan perseroan tidak lagi menjadi salah satu calon investor,” jelas Direktur Utama Bank Sinarmas Frenky Tirtowijoyo dalam keterangan tertulis, Jumat (10/6/2022).

Frenky menegaskan, tidak ada dampak terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha perseroan atas perubahan rencana tersebut.

Sebelumnya, Bank Sinarmas sempat menyatakan bakal ikut berinvestasi di PT Elang Andalan Nusantara, yang anak perusahaannya (Espay Debit Indonesia Koe) mengoperasikan dompet digital, DANA. Bank Sinarmas menyiapkan dana sebesar US$ 25 juta atau sekitar Rp 360 miliar.

Emiten dengan kode saham BSIM ini telah menandatangani perjanjian-perjanjian bersyarat pada 28 Februari 2022 untuk rencana investasi. Namun, rencana tersebut dapat berlangsung jika BSIM mendapat persetujuan dari otoritas yang berwenang.

Selain BSIM, unit usaha Grup Sinar Mas yang lain, yaitu PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk (DSSA) melalui anak usahanya, PT DSST Dana Gemilang (DSST), juga telah menandatangani perjanjian bersyarat untuk berinvestasi di Elang Andalan Nusantara (DANA) sebesar US$ 200 juta atau setara Rp 2,8 triliun.
