Right Issue 450 Juta Lembar Stagnan, Ini Penjelasan Cashlez Indonesia (CASH)

EmitenNews.com – PT Cashlez Worldwide Indonesia (CASH) telah mengantongi restu right issue 450 juta lembar. Itu didapat melalui hajatan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa (RUPSLB) pada Senin, 21 Februari 2022 silam. Namun, hingga detik ini, aksi korporasi tersebut masih stagnan.

Manajemen terbaru Cashlez beralasan, saat ini perseroan tengah mencari investor strategis sebagai pembeli siaga alias standby buyer. ”Kami masih melakukan penjajakan dengan sejumlah investor. Nanti kalau ada pembeli siaga akan kami sampaikan secara detail,” tulis Irianto Kusumadjaja, Presiden Direktur Cashlez Indonesia. 

Oleh karena itu, saat ini perseroan belum menjalankan proses pendaftaran right issue kepada regulator dalam hal ini Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK). ”Kami fokus melakukan pendekatan, dan penjajakan dengan investor sebagai standby buyer right issue,” imbuhnya. 

Tujuan strategis pelaksanaan right issue Cashlez Indonesia antara lain untuk memperkuat permodalan, dan lini bisnis perseroan, pengembangan produk, layanan, dan fitur. Memperluas jangkauan akuisisi merchant, dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia (SDM). 

Selanjutnya, penggunaan dana hasil right issue Berdasar rencana untuk working capital, termasuk untuk pengembangan produk, dan penambahan merchant alias akuisisi. Apalagi, saat ini transformasi digital telah tumbuh dengan pesat seiring penerimaan digitalisasi mengubah pola hidup masyarakat, baik sisi konsumen maupun bisnis. Itu mendorong perseroan terus mengembangkan bisnis dalam menghadirkan solusi, terutama bagi pemilik bisnis. (*)
