RUPST Supreme Cable (SCCO) Setujui Tebar Dividen Rp200 per Saham

EmitenNews.com – Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan (RUPST) tahun buku 2021  PT Supreme Cable Manufacturing & Commerce Tbk(SCCO) siang ini, Selasa (7/6) menyetujui pembagian dividen tunai sebesar Rp200 per lembar saham.

Direktur SCCO, Nicodemus Marjopranoto Trisnadi menyampaikan, total pembayaran dividen tunai sebesar Rp41,1 miliar, atau setara 28,9 persen dari laba bersih tahun 2021 sebesar Rp142 miliar.

dividen tunai tersebut akan dibagikan bagi pemegang saham yang masuk dalam Daftar Pemegang Saham (DPS) penutupan perdagangan tanggal 17 Juli 2022.

“Sedangkan pembayarakan dividen tunai akan jatuh pada tanggal 7 Juli 2022,” kata dia dalam paparan publik secara daring, Selasa(7/6/2022).

Ia melanjutkan, perseroan menargetkan dapat membukukan pendapatan sebesar Rp5,3 triliun dan laba bersih Rp195,9 miliar. Sedangkan hingga Akhir Maret 2022 perseroan membukukan pendapatan sebesar Rp1,613 triliun dan laba bersih Rp86 miliar
