Sah! Dian Swastatika (DSSA) Kuasai 100 Persen Tambang Batu Bara di Australia

EmitenNews.com – Dampier Coal Limited, anak usaha PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk (DSSA) telah resmi mencaplok 20 persen saham Stanmore SMC Pty Ltd milik Mitsui &Co  Ltd dan Mitsusi & Co Australia senilai USD380 juta.

Sekretaris Perusahaan DSSA, Susan Chandra dalam keterangan resmi, Jumat (7/10), mengemukakan bahwa pada tanggal 7 Oktober 2022 Dampier Coal Pty Ltd telah menyelesaikan transaksi pengambilalihan 20 persen saham Stanmore SMC Pty Ltd. Sehingga anak usaha DSSA itu telah menguasai 100 persen saham Stanmore SMC.

“Pengambilalihan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan nilai tambah jangka panjang bagi para pemegang saham perseroan, “ jelas Susan.

Stanmore SMC pemegang konsesi tambang tambang batu bara metalurgi di Australia. Dalam pengumuman sebelumnya Stanmore Resources Limited dan Dampier Coal Limited, akan membeli lagi 20 persen saham Stanmore SMC Pty Ltd milik Mitsui &Co  Ltd dan Mitsusi & Co Australia senilai USD380 juta
