Saham Terkoreksi Dalam, Irwan Hidayat Borong 1,27 Juta Saham SIDO di Harga Murah

EmitenNews.com—Direktur Utama PT Industri Jamu dan Farmasi Sido Muncul Tbk (SIDO), Irwan Hidayat melaporkan pembelian saham perseroan sebanyak 1.279.400 lembar di saat harga saham berada di level terendah.

Berdasarkan surat SIDO kepada Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) yang dipublikasi Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) di Jakarta, Senin (8/8), Irwan Hidayat telah membeli sebanyak 1.279.400 saham SIDO seharga Rp780 per lembar, dengan status kepemilikan langsung.

Dengan pelaksanaan pembelian saham pada 3 Agustus tersebut, maka saat ini kepemilikan Irawan Hidayat di perseroan sebanyak 1.279.400 atau sebesar 0,004 persen. Sebelumnya, bos Sido Muncul ini tidak memiliki saham perseroan.

Pada penutupan perdagangan hari ini, harga SIDO berada di level Rp750 atau melemah sebesar 1,32 persen dibanding harga penutupan di akhir pekan lalu (5/8). Saat diperdagangkan kemarin (8/8), harga saham menyentuh level terendah di sepanjang 2022, yakni pada posisi Rp730 per lembar.

Seperti diketahui, harga SIDO mengalami penurunan signifikan sejak perdagangan Rabu, 27 Juli 2022 yang berada di level Rp975 dan hingga penutupan perdagangan kemarin, Senin (8/8/2022) saham SIDO sudah terkoreksi 23,07 persen ke level Rp750 per saham.

Perlu diketahui, harga tertinggi SIDO pada tahun ini berada pada level Rp1.070 saat ditransaksikan Rabu, 16 Maret 2022.
