Semacom Integrated (SEMA) Restui Tebar Dividen Rp1,95 per Saham

EmitenNews.com – PT Semacom Integrated Tbk (SEMA)  telah menggelar Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan (RUPST) pada Rabu (29/6/). RUPST menyetujui penggunaan laba bersih Perseroan pada tahun 2021 akan dialokasikan sebagai dividen sebesar Rp2,6 miliar.

Direktur Utama SEMA Rudi Hartono mengatakan, pemegang saham sepakat untuk mengalokasikan sebagian keuntungan untuk dividen tunaiyang akan dibagikan sebesar Rp 1,95 per saham atau total senilai Rp 2,6 miliar.

“Kinerja Perusahaan di sepanjang 2021 sangat positif. Kami berhasil mencetak laba komprehensif sebesar Rp 19,75 miliar, tumbuh 547% dibandingkan 2020 dengan angka penjualan tumbuh signifikan menjadi Rp 198,21 miliar dibanding sebelumnya 2020 sebesar Rp 139 miliar. Jadi, sudah sepatutnya kami memberikan apresiasi kepada pemegang saham setia SEMA, dan ini (pembagian dividen) adalah komitmen perseroan dalam meningkatkan value bagi kepentingan pemegang saham SEMA,” ujarnya.

Selain itu dalam rapat pemegang saham luar biasa, Perseroan juga disetujui untuk melakukan penambahan kegiatan usaha utama. Diharapkan dengan adanya penmabahan kegiatan usaha tersebut, akan memperkuat bisnis serta meningkatkan pertumbuhan kinerja SEMA di masa yang akan datang.
