Serapan Rendah, Dana Right Issue Garuda (GIAA) Masih Tersisa Rp6,51 Triliun

EmitenNews.com—Realisasi penggunaan dana hasil penawaran umum terbatas (PUT) II PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (GIAA) yang dilakukan pada 2 Desember 2022 lalu kini masih tersisa Rp6,51 triliun.

Direktur Utama GIAA, Irfan Setiaputra merinci hasil pelaksanaan PUT II tersebut terkumpul dana sebesar Rp7,80 triliun. Setelah dikurangi biaya pelaksanaan PUT senilai Rp28,72 miliar maka total dana bersih yang diterima perseroan Rp7,77 triliun.

Dalam perencanaan dana PUT sedianya akan digunakan untuk maintenance dan restorasi pesawat Rp3,6 triliun. Kemudian untuk pemenuhan maintenance reserve Rp900 miliar.

Lalu pengadaan bahan bakar Rp1,73 triliun, biaya sewa pesawat Rp900 miliar. Kemudian biaya restrukturisasi Rp370 miliar dan untuk modal kerja Rp269,75 miliar.

Namun dalam realisasinya, alokasi belanja dana dari PUT lebih rendah dari rencana yang ditetapkan. Sebagai contoh untuk maintenance dan restorasi pesawat baru menghabiskan dana Rp630,80 miliar. Kemudian untuk pemenuhan maintenance reserve dan pengadaan bahan bakar belum ada penyerapan.

Kemudian untuk biaya sewa pesawat Rp117,42 miliar dan biaya restrukturisasi Rp370 miliar serta untuk modal kerja Rp145,32 miliar. Sehingga total penggunaan dana hingga 31 Desember 2022 lalu sebesar Rp1,26 triliun dan tersisa Rp6,51 triliun.

“Bersama ini terlampir kami sampaikan penyesuaian atas laporan realisasi penggunaan dana ( LRPD ) hasil PUT II yang telah disesuaikan dengan format laporan yang diatur dalam lampiran POJK 30/2015,” tulis Irfan dalam keterbukaan informasi publik BEI, Kamis (2/2).
