Setneg Kelola Hotel Sultan, Ini Respons Pikko Land Development (RODA)

EmitenNews.com – Entitas usaha Pikko Land Development (RODA) mempunyai investasi, dan uang muka di kawasan Hotel Sultan. Investasi anak usaha perseroan yaitu Unggul Kencana Persada pada kawasan itu, melalui Indo Bangun Persada. 

Di mana, Indo Bangun Persada mempunya aset berupa tanah seluas 38.400 meter persegi (m2) berlokasi di Jalan Gatot Subroto, Gelora, Tanah Abang, Jakarta Pusat. ”Jadi, diperkirakan realisasi dari uang muka investasi dan progress investasi tercatat masih membutuhkan waktu lebih lama,” tulis Letjen TNI (Purn) Eko Wiratmoko, Direktur Utama Pikko Land.

Sebelumnya, Kakanwil Agraria dan Tata Ruang/Badan Pertanahan Nasional (ATR/BPN) Provinsi DKI Jakarta tidak menerbitkan Keputusan Pembaruan Hak Guna Bangunan (HGB) No. 26/Gelora atas nama PT Indobuildco seluas 57.120 m2 dan Nomor 27/Gelora atas nama PT Indobuildco seluas 83.666 m2 terletak di Kelurahan Gelora, Kecamatan Tanah Abang, Jakarta Pusat. 

Dan, sebagaimana tercatat di dalam laporan keuangan konsolidasian perusahaan, dan entitas anak, bahwa Unggul Kencana Persada, entitas anak, memiliki investasi dan uang muka investasi pada PT Indo Bangun Persada, Asosiasi. ”Dampaknya, hanya realisasi investasi butuh waktu lebih lama,” imbuhnya. 

Pemerintah memenangkan putusan Peninjauan Kembali (PK) atas sengketa lahan Hotel Sultan. Pemerintah memutuskan untuk mengelola sendiri Hotel Sultan. Lalu, Menteri Agraria/Tata Ruang (ATR) memutuskan tanah dan bangunan Hotel Sultan kembali ke pangkuan pengelolaan negara di bawah Kementerian Sekretariat Negara (Setneg). (*)
