Siapkan Rp100 Miliar, Jaya Real Property (JRPT) Akan Buy Back 200 Juta Lembar

EmitenNews.com – PT Jaya Real Property Tbk(JRPT) akan melakukan pembelian kembali saham atau buy back dalam waktu tiga bulan mendatang sebanyak-banyaknya 200 juta lembar atau 1,533 persen dari modal ditempatkan dan disetor.

Praditya Wibowo Corporate Secretary JRPT dalam keterangan resmi Selasa (17/1) menyebutkan bahwa perseroan telah menyiapkan dana untuk buy back sebesar Rp100 miliar.

Praditya menambahkan,  langkah buy back ini akan menjaga stabilitas laba per saham yang terdampak kondisi makro ekonomi dan fluktuasi saham di bursa. Selain itu laba per saham akan meningkat menjadi Rp48,23 per lembar dari posisi per 30 September 2022 sebesar Rp47,23 per lembar.

Untuk itu perseroan akan menunjuk salah satu anggota bursa untuk melaksanakan rencana ini dengan harga lebih rendah atau sama dengan transaksi sebelumnya.

Sebelumnya, JRPT melaporkan telah membeli 702.76.600 lembar saham perseroan dengan  harga rata rata Rp490. Sehingga dalam rentang 3 bulan silam, JRPT merogoh dana segar Rp344,5 miliar untuk menstabilkan harga saham perseroan.
