Siapkan Rp200 Miliar, Ramayana (RALS) Minta Izin Pemodal Buyback 360 Juta Helai Saham

EmitenNews.com – PT Ramayana Lestari Sentosa (RALS) berencana melakukan buyback maksimum 360 juta helai saham. Angka itu setara maksimal 5 persen dari modal disetor perseroan. Dan, perseroan telah menyediakan dana taktis Rp200 miliar.

Nah, untuk memuluskan rencana tersebut, Ramayana akan menghelat rapat umum pemegang saham luar biasa pada Senin, 29 Agustus 2022 pukul 10.00 WIB hingga tuntas. Rapat mengambil lokasi di Hotel Ashley Tanah Abang Jalan KH Wahid Hasyim digelar secara elektronik. 

Agenda rapat meminta persetujuan pemegang saham untuk menggelar buyback saham. Kalau investor memberi stempel rencana tersebut, buyback akan dilaksanakan dalam tempo paling lama 18 bulan. Peserta berhak terlibat dalam ajang itu, harus terdaftar sebagai pemegang saham pada Kamis, 4 Agustus 2022 pukul 15.15 WIB. 

Manajemen Ramayana berkeyakinan pelaksanaan rencana itu, tidak akan mempengaruhi pembiayaan kegiatan usaha. Itu mengingat perseroan mempunyai modal kerja, arus kas cukup, dan memadai untuk mengeksekusi rencana termasuk pembiayaan kegiatan usaha.

Apalagi, tahun lalu Ramayana mentabulasi keuntungan. Dan, direksi perseroan telah sukses memelihara kecukupan likuiditas. Oleh karena itu, perseroan meningkatkan nilai pemegang saham dengan mengembalikan kelebihan arus kas kepada para pemegang saham melalui pelaksanaan buyback. Persetujuan buyback akan memberi fleksibilitas lebih besar dalam mengelola modal untuk mencapai struktur permodalan lebih efisien. (*)
