Siapkan Rp300 Miliar, Distributor iPhone Erajaya (ERAA) Buyback 3 Miliar Lembar

EmitenNews.com – PT Erajaya Swasembada (ERAA) menyiapkan dana taktis maksimum Rp300 miliar. Dana tersebut untuk melakukan pembelian kembali (buyback) saham maksimal 3 miliar lembar. Aksi itu dipentaskan dengan mempertimbangkan kondisi pasar mengalami fluktuasi secara signifikan.

Jumlah saham yang akan dibeli kembali tidak melebihi 20 persen dari modal disetor, dengan ketentuan paling sedikit saham beredar 7,5 persen dari modal disetor Perseroan. Periode buyback saham dilakukan secara bertahap sepanjang tiga bulan. Itu terhitung sejak 8 September 2022 hingga 7 Desember 2022. 

Pelaksanaan transaksi pembelian saham akan dilaksanakan melalui Bursa Efek Indonesia. Perseroan berkeyakinan buyback saham tidak akan mempengaruhi kondisi keuangan perseroan. Pasalnya, sampai saat ini, perseroan mempunyai modal memadai untuk membiayai kegiatan usaha perseroan.

Pada 22 Agustus 2022, Erajaya juga telah merampungkan aksi serupa. Kala itu, perseroan melakukan pembelian kembali atas 71.695.900 lembar senilai Rp35,5 miliar. Angka itu, dari rencana awal maksimum Rp319 miliar saham selama tiga bulan sejak 20 Mei 2022 sampai 19 Agustus 2022. (*)
