Siapkan Rp50 Miliar, Panin Sekuritas (PANS) Buyback 29,76 Juta Lembar

EmitenNews.com – PT Panin Sekuritas (PANS) siapkan dana taktis Rp50 miliar. Dana segar itu untuk keperluan buyback saham 29.761.900 helai alias 29,76 juta lembar. Itu dengan asumsi harga pelaksanaan Rp1.680 per lembar.

Periode pelaksanaan buyback sepanjang tiga bulan terhitung sejak 3 Oktober 30 Desember 2022. Setelah buyback jumlah saham beredar akan menjadi 684.819.000 lembar. Susut 35.181.000 helai dari sebelum buyback di kisaran 720 juta lembar. Maklum, periode 2015 perseroan juga telah mem-buyback 5.419.100 lembar. 

Selanjutnya, berdasar laporan keuangan paruh pertama 2022, pelaksanaan buyback akan menyebabkan jumlah aset minus 2,26 persen menjadi Rp2,16 triliun dari sebelumnya Rp2,21 triliun. Lalu, jumlah ekuitas turun 3,15 persen menjadi Rp1,53 triliun dari sebelum buyback Rp1,58 triliun. 

Laba tahun berjalan stabil di kisaran Rp133,16 miliar. Lalu laba bersih tidak berkutik di level Rp129,41 miliar. Dan, laba per saham dasar melesat 7,87 poin atau 4,35 persen menjadi Rp188,98 dari sebelum buyback di posisi Rp181,11. ”Buyback dilakukan dengan harga terbaik dan wajar sesuai ketentuan berlaku,” tulis Indra Christanto, Presiden Direktur Panin Sekuritas. 

Perseroan memiliki modal kerja dan arus kas memadai untuk melakukan kegiatan usaha pertumbuhan di masa mendatang. Perseroan juga masih memiliki tingkat leverage rendah sehingga memperoleh pinjaman baru apabila diperlukan, dan perseroan memiliki kemampuan untuk memenuhi sejumlah kewajiban. 

Di masa depan apabila harga saham mengalami peningkatan, perseroan dapat melakukan penjualan saham treasuri, sehingga membukukan keuntungan dari penjualan saham tersebut. ”Pengalihan saham treasuri akan dilakukan sesuai ketentuan regulasi yang berlaku,” imbuhnya. (*)
