Soal Cuan Investasi Rp13,49 Triliun, Begini Penjelasan Bukalapak.com (BUKA)

EmitenNews.com – Bukalapak.com (BUKA) kuartal I-2022 mencatat keuntungan belum terealisasi dari investasi Rp13,49 triliun. Itu didapat dari investasi pada PT Allo Bank Indonesia (BBHI). Keuntungan investasi itu, sebagai bagian dari pendapatan operasi lainnya dalam laporan laba rugi periode akhir 31 Maret 2022.

Merespons kegusaran Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI), manajemen Bukalapak menjelentrehkan, kepemilikan perseroan atas investasi pada saham tercatat di bursa kurang dari 20 persen, dan tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan. Oleh karena itu, perseroan mengakui dan menyajikan investasi tersebut sesuai Peraturan Standar Akuntansi (PSAK) 71/IFRS 9, disajikan sebagai aset keuangan yang diukur pada nilai wajar melalui laba rugi, dan disajikan sebagai jangka pendek sesuai PSAK 1/IFRS 1.

Pengukuran nilai wajar menggunakan level 1 (harga kuotasian/market to market) sesuai PSAK 68/IFRS 13. ”Setelah pengakuan awal, perseroan mengukur aset keuangan yang dapat diperdagangkan dan tercatat di bursa dengan nilai wajar melalui laba rugi (FVPL) perseroan sesuai dengan PSAK 71/ IFRS 9 paragraf 5.7.1,” tutur Corporate Secretary Bukalapak Perdana A. Saputro.

Hanya terdapat periode lock-up pada investasi perseroan pada Allo Bank. Namun, lock-up tidak mengubah penyajian laba belum terealisasi dalam laporan keuangan perseroan yang telah dilakukan sesuai dengan PSAK 71/ IFRS 9. ”Perseroan tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan atas investasi tersebut,” imbuhnya.

Sekadar informasi, kuartal I-2022 Bukalapak mencatat laba bersih Rp14,54 triliun dari investasi di AlloBank. Hasil itu, berbanding terbalik dengan kinerja periode sama 2021 dengan tabulasi rugi Rp324 miliar. Bukalapak masuk Allo Bank pada Januari 2022 melalui skema right issue dengan investasi Rp1,19 triliun. (*)
