Soal Dugaan Kartel Migor, Begini Penjelasan Salim Ivomas Pratama (SIMP)

EmitenNews.com – PT Salim Ivomas Pratama (SIMP) mengklaim belum menerima pemberitahuan soal dugaan kartel minyak goreng (migor). Di mana, Komisi Pengawas Persaingan Usaha (KPPU) tengah meningkatkan status kasus migor menjadi pemberkasan dari sebelumnya penyelidikan. 

”Sampai detik ini, kami tidak atau belum menerima pemberitahuan atau putusan secara tertulis dari KPPU mengenai kasus tersebut,” tulis Yati Salim, Corporate Secretary Salim Ivomas Pratama. 

Fakta itu, tidak berdampak signifikan terhadap aspek bisnis, dan operasional perseroan. Dan, hinna kini seluruh kegiatan usaha perseroan berjalan dengan normal seperti biasa. ”Tidak terdapat dampak signifikan terhadap aspek hukum perseroan,” imbuhnya. 

Mengenai tindak lanjut dalam menghadapi kasus tersebut, perseroan mengaku akan senantiasa memenuhi ketentuan perundang-undangan yang berlaku. ”Kami selalu mematuhi peraturan yang berlaku,” ucapnya. 

Selanjutnya, tidak ada kejadian penting lain bersifat material yang dapat mempengaruhi kelangsungan usaha, dan harga saham perseroan di lintasan pasar modal indonesia. ”Seluruh informasi sudah kami ungkap ke publik,” tukasnya. (*)
