Soal Rencana Spin Off, Begini Penjelasan Trimegah Sekuritas Indonesia (TRIM)

EmitenNews.com – Trimegah Sekuritas Indonesia (TRIM) tidak melanjutkan rencana spin off. Itu bukan karena pemisahan anak usaha tersebut tidak mendapat izin usaha, dan menyandang status tidak beroperasi.

Tetapi, perseroan memutuskan untuk tidak melanjutkan rencana spin-off tersebut setelah berdiskusi dengan semua pihak, mempelajari semua aspek rencana transaksi ini secara menyeluruh, mempertimbangkan kesiapan perseroan, kompleksitas transaksi, dan batas waktu transaksi sesuai UU No. 4 Tahun 2023 tentang pengembangan, dan penguatan sektor keuangan.

”Jadi, sekali lagi perlu kami sampaikan bahwa rencana spin off tersebut tidak dilanjutkan bukan karena pemisahan anak usaha tidak mendapat izin usaha, dan menyandang status tidak beroperasi,” tulis Agus D Priyambada, Corporate Secretary Trimegah Sekuritas Indonesia.

Sebagai informasi tambahan, sejak didirikan, anak perusahaan yang telah didirikan tersebut memang belum beroperasi. ”Itu karena permohonan izin usahanya masih kami pelajari, dan memang belum kami sampaikan ke regulator,” imbuh Agus. (*)
