Soal Status PKPU Afiliasi, Simak Ini Penjelasan Mitra Investindo (MITI)

EmitenNews.com – Tiga Entitas afiliasi Mitra Investindo (MITI) tengah menjalani penundaan kewajiban pembayaran utang (PKPU). Tiga afiliasi perseroan itu meliputi Indelberg Makmur Petroleum (IMP), Indelberg Oil Indonesia (IOI), dan Indelberg Indonesia (II). 

Nah, berdasar informasi pada 3 Oktober 2019 lalu, IOI telah dinyatakan pailit oleh Pengadilan Niaga pada Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Pusat. Itu teregister dengan nomor 159/Pdt.Sus.PKPU/2019/PN.Niaga.Jkt.Pst. Sebagai tindak lanjut proses kepailitan IOI itu, pada 9 Februari 2021, kepailitan IOI telah dinyatakan berakhir.

Dan, menetapkan IOI dibubarkan sebagai badan hukum perseroan terbatas. Oleh karena itu, tim kurator telah memberitahukan kepada Kementerian Hukum dan HAM melalui surat nomor 12/Pailit-IOI/III/2021 tanggal 2 Maret 2021, untuk menutup dan menghapus IOI dari daftar administrasi Kementerian Hukum da? HAM dengan dasar putusan pailit IOI. 

Surat tersebut telah diterima oleh Kementerian Hukum, dan HAM pada 15 Maret 2021. ”Seiring dengan berakhirnya kepailitan, dan pembubaran IOI, tidak berdampak negatif terhadap kelangsungan, dan kegiatan usaha perseroan,” tulis Andreas Tjahjadi, Direktur Utama Mitra Investindo. (*)
