Sudah penuhi aturan, KINO pastikan buyback saham

JAKARTA. PT Kino Indonesia Tbk. (KINO) memastikan melakukan aksi buyback saham menyusul dipenuhinya persyaratan yang berlaku. Perseroan melakukan buyback tidak melebihi 20% dari total modal disetor pada harga maksimum Rp5.000,-

Direktur dan Sekretaris Perusahaan Kino Indonesia Budi Muljono menyatakan perseroan telah memenuhi peraturan yang berlaku. Persyarataan aturan yang sudah dipenuhi tersebut adalah Peraturan Nomor I-A tentang Pencatatan Saham Dan Efek Bersifat Ekuitas Selain Saham Yang Diterbitkan oleh Perusahaan Tercatat tahun 2018.

Peraturan itu mengatur  jumlah saham yang dimiliki oleh pemegang saham bukan pengendali dan bukan pemegang saham utama paling sedikit 50 juta saham dan paling sedikit 7,5% dari jumlah saham dalam modal disetor. Perseroan akan menjaga free float di masyarakat tetap 7,5% dari modal disetor dan ditempatkan penuh.

Saat ini jumlah saham pengendali dan pemegang saham utama di Kino tercatat sekitar 82,6% sehingga free float masih 17,4%. “Sehingga kami masih memenuhi ketentuan yang berlaku saat ini dalam poin di atas yaitu 7,5%,” katanya seperti dikutip Bisnis, Selasa (8/2/2022). (AM)
