Sudah Undervalued, Investor Buru Saham EXCL dengan Target Harga Rp 3.250

JAKARTA, Investor.id – Sejumlah fund manager dikabarkan melakukan upgrade harga saham PT XL Axiata Tbk (EXCL) ke level Rp 3.250. Saat ini, harga saham EXCL masih undervalued dibandingkan perusahaan telekomunikasi lainnya.

Apalagi dengan tren pertumbuhan kinerja keuangan XL, harga saham saat ini dinilai sudah tidak mencerminkan fundamental. Di antaranya, EBITDA perseroan meningkat 4% pada semester I-2022, tuntasnya akuisisi saham PT Link Net Tbk (LINK), pengurangan utang yang berkelanjutan, dan penerbitan saham (rights issue) untuk penguatan struktur permodalan.

Sumber Investor Daily menyebutkan, harga saham EXCL saat ini sudah tidak masuk akal, jika melihat kinerja keuangan dan ekspansi yang telah dilakukan sepanjang tahun ini. Berdasarkan data harga saham EXCL justru turun dari level akhir tahun lalu Rp 3.170 menjadi Rp 2.500.

“Penurunan harga saham EXCL tersebut tidak masuk akal dan menjadikan saham EXCL sudah undervalued. Hal ini mendorong sejumlah fund manager lokal dan asing mulai memborong saham perseroan,” ujarnya di Jakarta, kemarin.

Jika dibandingkan dengan saham perusahaan telekomunikasi besar lainnya, yaitu PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk (TLKM) telah menguat dari posisi Rp 4.040 akhir tahun lalu menjadi Rp 4.380 hingga akhir pekan lalu. Begitu juga dengan saham PT Indosat Tbk (ISAT) telah melesat dari Rp 6.200 akhir tahun lalu menjadi Rp 7.350.

Selain sejumlah faktor tersebut, dia mengatakan, aksi borong saham XL juga didukung rencana rights issue dalam waktu dekat. Emiten berkode saham EXCL tersebut sebelumnya telah mendapatkan persetujuan pemegang saham untuk menggelar rights issue sebanyak 2,74 miliar saham.
