Surplus 71 Persen, Laba Bersih Bank China Construction (MCOR) 2022 Terakumulasi Rp135,95 M – Bank China Construction Bank Indonesia (MCOR) sepanjang 2022 mencatat laba bersih Rp135,95 miliar. Melejit 71 persen dari periode sama 2021 sebesar Rp79,39 miliar. Laba per saham dasar menjadi Rp3,59 dari Rp2,09. 

Pendapatan bunga Rp1,32 triliun, naik 6,45 persen dari edisi sama 2021 sejumlah Rp1,24 triliun. Beban bunga Rp518,62 miliar, susut 1,6 persen dari episode sama 2021 sebesar Rp527,18 miliar. So, pendapatan bunga bersih Rp803,95 miliar, menanjak 11 persen dari periode sama 2021 senilai Rp720,83 miliar. 

Total pendapatan operasional lainnya Rp68,96 miliar, naik tipis 7,5 persen dari periode sama 2021 sebesar Rp64,09 miliar. Jumlah beban operasional lainnya Rp529,40 miliar, melesat 5,6 persen dari episode sama 2021 sejumlah Rp500,92 miliar. Pendapatan operasional bersih Rp170,65 miliar, melambung 56 persen dari episode sama 2021 sejumlah Rp108,92 miliar. 

Pendapatan bukan operasional bersih Rp5,08 miliar, melangit 203 persen dari periode sama 2021 tekor sebesar Rp4,91 miliar. Laba sebelum pajak penghasilan Rp175,74 miliar, surplus 68 persen dari fase sama 2021 senilai Rp104,01 miliar. Beban pajak penghasilan Rp39,78 miliar, bengkak 61 persen dari edisi sama 2021 sejumlah Rp24,62 miliar.   

Total ekuitas Rp6,19 triliun, naik tipis 1,8 persen dari akhir 2021 sebesar Rp6,08 triliun. Jumlah liabilitas Rp18,82 triliun, susut 6,4 persen dari posisi sama 2021 senilai Rp20,11 triliun. Total aset Rp25,02 triliun, turun 4,4 persen dari episode sama 2021 sebesar Rp26,19 triliun. (*)
