Susul MUFG, Bank BNI (BBNI) Guyur Fasilitas XL Axiata (EXCL) Rp1 Triliun

EmitenNews.com – PT XL Axiata (EXCL) mengantongi fasilitas modal kerja Rp1 triliun.  Pinjaman tanpa komitmen itu didapat dari PT Bank Negara Indonesia (BBNI).

Tanda tangan perjanjian fasilitas modal kerja rekening koran tanpa komitmen itu, telah dilakukan pada 15 Juni 2022. Fasilitas pinjaman itu, berdurasi 12 bulan sejak tanggal penandatanganan perjanjian fasilitas.

”Fasilitas pinjaman tersebut untuk keperluan umum perusahaan, namun tidak terbatas pada belanja modal, modal kerja, dan pengembangan bisnis,” tutur Corporate Secretary XL Axiata Ranty Astari Rachman. 

Tepat pada Kamis, 9 Juni 2022 lalu, XL Axiata memperoleh pinjaman Rp1,9 triliun dari MUFG Bank Ltd. cabang Jakarta. Itu merupakan perjanjian fasilitas bergulir tanpa komitmen. Pinjaman itu, bertenor 18 bulan sejak tanggal penandatanganan perjanjian. 

Sama seperti pinjaman dari Bank BNI, pinjaman dari MUFG tersebut akan dimanfaatkan untuk keperluan umum perusahaan, yakni termasuk aksi korporasi dan atau belanja modal. (*)
