Take Over! Bank Oke (DNAR) Gelontor Kredit Entitas Usaha Cemindo Gemilang (CMNT) Rp100 M

EmitenNews.com – PT Cemindo Gemilang (CMNT) menjaminkan aset entitas usaha yaitu Cemindo Bangun Persada (CBP) senilai Rp119 miliar. Itu menyusul penggelontoran kredit dengan besaran Rp100 miliar. Pinjaman lunak tersebut meluncur dari Bank Oke (DNAR). 

Pemberian fasilitas tersebut setelah Bank Oke mengambil alih kredit dari Bank Negara Indonesia (BBNI). Di mana, entitas usaha CBP yaitu Gemilang Mulia Sentosa (GMS) yang mengalami over kredit dari Bank BNI.  

Sejumlah aset yang dijaminkan itu antara lain Mesin-Mesin Dan Peralatan dengan nilai penjaminan sebesar sebesar Rp44,86 miliar. Lalu, sertifikat hak guna bangunan Nomor 227/Wajo Hulu atas sebidang tanah seluas 17.510 meter persegi dengan Nomor Identifikasi Bidang Tanah (NIB): 14.02.09.04.02573, terdaftar atas nama CBP.

Kemudian sertifikat hak guna bangunan Nomor 228/Wajo Hulu atas sebidang tanah seluas 16.500 m2 dengan Nomor Identifikasi Bidang Tanah (NIB): 14.02.09.04.02574, terdaftar atas nama CBP. Kedua bidang tanah senilai Rp46,49 miliar itu, terletak di Kalimantan Barat, Kabupaten Mempawah (Pontianak), Kecamatan Siantan, Kelurahan Wajo Hulu.

CBP dan GMS sepakat untuk mendukung sumber dana modal kerja untuk GMS. Itu penting untuk menjamin kelangsungan usaha, kewajiban sebagai distributor, dan supplier clinker bagi perseroan sebagai CBP. Pemberian jaminan aset CBP untuk kepentingan GMS dilakukan sebelum perseroan melaksanakan penawaran umum perdana. (*)
