Tambah Koleksi, John Kosasih Jala 60 Ribu Saham Bank BCA (BBCA) Rp8.250 per Lembar

EmitenNews.com – John Kosasih menambah kepemilikan saham Bank Central Asia (BBCA). Itu dilakukan John dengan menyerok 60 ribu lembar pada harga pelaksanaan Rp8.250 per eksemplar. Transaksi tersebut telah dibukukan pada 5 Januari 2023.

Menyusul pelaksanaan aksi pembelian tersebut, Salah satu petinggi perseroan tersebut dipaksa merogoh dana taktis Rp495 juta. ”Transaksi untuk kepentingan investasi dengan status kepemilikan saham secara langsung,” tulis Linda Chandrawati, Kepala Sub Divisi, Bank Central Asia. 

Dengan perampungan transaksi tersebut, tabulasi saham dalam genggaman John menjadi 281.765 lembar, menanjak dari sebelum transaksi dengan donasi tidak kurang dari 221.765 eksemplar. 

Menyudahi perdagangan Selasa, 10 Januari 2022, saham BCA tekor 275 poin menjadi Rp8.175 per lembar. Terpangkas 3,36 persen dari penutupan perdagangan hari sebelumnya di posisi Rp8.450 per lembar. (*)
