Tandai! Ini Jadwal Dividen Bank Saudara (SDRA) Rp192,78 Miliar

EmitenNews.com – Bank Saudara (SDRA) akan menggelontorkan dividen tunai senilai Rp192,78 miliar. Alokasi sekitar 22,4 persen dari tabulasi laba bersih edisi 2022 sebesar Rp860,57 miliar. So, pemegang saham akan menerima santunan dividen sebesar Rp22,5 per lembar. 

Keputusan pembagian dividen itu, hasil kesepakatan rapat umum pemegang saham tahunan pada 30 Maret 2023. Selanjutnya, jadwal dividen tunai Bank Saudara sebagai berikut. Cum dividen pasar reguler dan pasar negosiasi pada 10 April 2023. Ex dividen pasar reguler dan negosiasi pada 11 April 2023. 

Cum dividen pasar tunai pada 12 April 2023. Ex dividen pasar tunai pada 13 April 2023. Tanggal daftar pemegang saham berhak untuk memperoleh dividen tunai pada 12 April 2023 pukul 16.00 WIB. Dan, waktu pencairan dividen tunai dilakukan pada 3 Mei 2023. 

Ketentuan pembagian dividen Bank Saudara itu, bersandar pada data keuangan per 31 Desember 2022. Di mana, sepanjang periode 2022, Bank Saudara meraup laba bersih Rp860,57 miliar. Saldo laba ditahan dengan alokasi penggunaan tidak dibatasi Rp4,72 triliun. Dan, total ekuitas Rp9,93 triliun. (*)
