Terserap Maksimal, Mayoritas Dana IPO Widodo Makmur (WMUU) untuk Ekspansi

EmitenNews.com – PT Widodo Makmur Unggas (WMUU) menghabiskan dana hasil penawaran umum perdana alias initial public offering (IPO) senilai Rp341,04 miliar. Hasil bersih itu, setelah dikurangi biaya penawaran umum Rp8,36 miliar dari pendapatan awal Rp349,41 miliar. 

Dana sebesar itu, digunakan oleh Widodo Makmur Unggas untuk sejumlah pos. Di mana, 74,3 persen atau Rp253,39 miliar untuk ekspansi dengan menambah, dan memperluas sarana produksi. ”Mayoritas dana IPO terserap untuk ekspansi,” tutur Wahyu Andi Susilo, Direktur Widodo Makmur Unggas, belum lama ini.

Selanjutnya, untuk peningkatan modal sejumlah Rp87,64 miliar atau 25,7 persen. Kala listing pada 2 Februari 2021 lalu, proporsi penyerap saham IPO perseroan yakni investor institusi 69,5 persen, dan ritel 30,5 persen. Seiring dengan market didominasi pemain ritel, diperlukan alokasi ritel mencukupi, dan juga untuk menjaga likuiditas pasar sekunder (secondary market).

Saham Widodo Makmur Unggas kala itu, mengalami kelebihan permintaan atau oversubscribed sebanyak 4 kali selama masa penawaran umum. Bertindak sebagai Joint Lead Underwriters(JLU) yakni PT CIMB Niaga Sekuritas, PT BRI Danareksa Sekuritas, dan PT Samuel Sekuritas Indonesia. (*)
