Transaksi Senyap, ISB Serok 57,5 Juta Saham Kioson Komersial Indonesia (KIOS)

EmitenNews.com – Investasi Sukses Bersama (ISB) menjadi pemegang saham di atas lima persen Kioson Komersial Indonesia (KIOS). Itu setelah mengempit 57.501.300 helai alias 57,5 juta eksemplar. Transaksi pembelian dibantu RHB Sekuritas Indonesia, dan Jasa Utama Capital Sekuritas. 

Menyusul pelaksanaan transaksi itu, perusahaan berbasis di Kompleks Ruko Fatmawati Mas Blok III, Jalan RS Fatmawati Raya nomor 20 tersebut, resmi mencatatkan diri sebagai pemegang saham Kioson Komersial tidak kurang dari 5,34 persen. 

Berdasar data KSEI, transaksi telah dipatenkan pada 3 Februari 2023. Merujuk data perdagangan saham Kioson sepanjang 3 Februari 2023 di kisaran Rp109, berarti bisa diduga transaksi pembelian ISB berada di level Rp6,26 miliar. 

Per 30 Desember 2022, pemegang saham Kioson antara lain PT Artav Mobile 350 juta helai alias 32,56 persen, PT Prambanan 83,36 juta lembar atau 7,74 persen, dan masyarakat 642,19 juta unit setara dengan kepemilikan 59,7 persen. (*)
