Trisula Textile Industries akan bagikan dividen Rp2,03 miliar

JAKARTA. PT Trisula Textile Industries Tbk (BELL) berencana membagikan dividen tunai sebesar Rp2,03 miliar pada akhir Mei 2022.

Rencana tersebut sesuai dengan hasil Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham (RUPS) Tahunan BELL pada 27 April 2022 kemarin. Dalam rapat ini, pemegang saham sepakat mengalokasikan 82,85% dari laba bersih tahun buku 2021 sebagai dividen tunai.

Menurut data idnfinancials.com, BELL mencetak laba bersih sebanyak Rp2,45 miliar pada tahun buku 2021. Perolehan laba bersih ini ditopang oleh kinerja pendapatan yang mencapai Rp428,17 miliar.

Perseroan juga memiliki saldo laba ditahan sebesar Rp1,73 miliar per 31 Desember 2021. Sementara itu total ekuitas perseroan tercatat sebesar Rp259,77 miliar.

Cum dividen BELL di pasar reguler dan negosiasi dijadwalkan pada 13 Mei 2022 dan di pasar tunai pada 18 Mei 2022. Sedangkan pembayaran dividen akan dilaksanakan pada 27 Mei 2022.

Saat ini sebanyak 78,54% saham BELL dikendalikan oleh PT Trisula International Tbk (TRIS). Kemudian PT Henan Putihrai Asset Management memiliki 5,22%, PT Trisula Insan Tiara 0,79%, investor publik 15,45%, dan Karsongo Wongso Djaja 0,01%. (KR)
