Trisula Textile Industries (BELL) Bagi Dividen Rp2,03 Miliar, Cek Jadwalnya

EmitenNews.com – PT Trisula Textile Industries Tbk (BELL) mem bagikan dividen tunai sebesar Rp2,03 miliar pada tanggal 27 Mei 2022.

Direktur Administrasi dan Keuangan BELL, Nurwulan Kusumawati dalam dalam keterangan resmi hari ini Senin (9/5) menyampaikan dividen yang dibagikan sebesar 48,65% dari laba bersih Perseroan yang dihimpun pada tahun 2021. 

Sedangkan besaran Dividen Per Saham belum ditentukan (Jika sudah ada kepastian jumlah saham yang akan dibagi), tulis Nurwulan

Adapun jadwal pembagian dividen sebagai berikut:

– Cum dan Ex Dividen di Pasar Reguler dan Negosiasi akan dilakukan pada  13 dan 17 Mei 2022.

– Cum dan Ex Dividen di Pasar Tunai akan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 18 dan 19 Mei 2022.

– Pembayaran dividen pada 27 Mei 2022.

Patut diketahui, rencana pembagian dividen ini telah sesuai dengan hasil RUPS Tahunan tanggal 27 April 2022. Data Keuangan per 31 Desember 2021 yang mendasari pembagian Dividen adalah Laba Bersih yang didapat diatribusikan kepada entitas induk Rp2.445.108.410, Saldo Laba Ditahan yang Tidak Dibatasi Penggunaannya Rp1.727.617.492, dan Total Ekuitas sebesar Rp259.772.569.960.
