Tunas Ridean (TURI) Go Private, Simak Ini Alasannya

EmitenNews.com – Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) telah menyetop sementara perdagangan saham PT Tunas Ridean (TURI). Penghentian sementara perdagangan saham Tunas Ridean efek sejak sesi I perdagangan hari ini, Jumat, 27 Mei 2022. Itu menyusul menyusul rencana Tunas Ridean untuk go private (menjadi perusahaan tertutup). 

Corporate Secretary Tunas Ridean, Dewi Yunita menuturkan, rencana itu seiring mengubah status dari perusahaan terbuka tercatat menjadi perusahaan tertutup (Go Private), melakukan penghapusan pencatatan saham-sahamnya dari BEI (Delisting) setelah memperoleh persetujuan dari pemegang saham, dan melakukan penyelesaian proses pembelian kembali (buyback), pada 25 Mei 2022.

”Penghentian sementara perdagangan saham tidak berdampak material terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha,” ucap Dewi.

Alasan Tunas Ridean melakukan delisting karena saham perseroan tidak aktif diperdagangkan di BEI. Selain itu, tidak ada kebutuhan khusus untuk penggalangan dana dari publik, dan Jumlah pemegang saham publik sangat minim.

Urusan go private, perseroan akan mengikuti seluruh ketentuan dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Peraturan No. 3/POJK.04/2021 tanggal 22 Februari 2021 tentang Penyelenggaraan Kegiatan di Bidang Pasar Modal. Di mana, rencana go private akan dilakukan melalui metode buyback. 

Perseroan akan menjadi pihak yang akan melakukan pembelian terhadap pemegang saham yang ingin menjual saham. ”Perkiraan harga pembelian kembali saham akan ditetapkan perseroan sebesar Rp1.700 per lembar. Itu akan ditentukan setelah disetujui dalam rapat umum pemegang saham (RUPS),” tukasnya. (*)
