Tunjang Operasional, Wijaya Karya (WIKA) Injeksi Modal Entitas Usaha Rp36 Miliar

EmitenNews.com – PT Wijaya Karya (WIKA) menginjeksi modal Wijaya Karya Industri Energi (Winner) Rp36 miliar. Suntikan modal itu dilakukan melalui anak usaha yaitu Wijaya Karya Rekayasa Konstruksi (WRK). Fasilitas pinjaman itu berika non cash loan.

Transaksi itu masuk afiliasi. Pasalnya, Wijaya Karya sebagai induk usaha menguasai 97,99 persen saham WRK. Lalu, Wijaya Karya mengempit saham Winner 40 persen. Sisa 60 persen saham Winner dikuasai WRK.

Berdasar analisis hubungan kepengurusan, terdapat salah satu anggota direksi perseroan juga menjabat sebagai Komisaris Utama WRK. Dan, salah satu anggota Direksi WRK juga menjabat sebagai Komisaris Utama Winner. Dengan begitu, antara perseroan, WRK, dan Winner ada hubungan kepengurusan. 

Transaksi itu dilatari keinginan perseroan untuk mendukung operasional Winner. Caranya, dengan mengguyur pinjaman agar WRK memperoleh imbal hasil. Berupa kompensasi penggunaan fasilitas pinjaman yang akan menambah pendapatan, dan berkontribusi positif terhadap keuangan konsolidasi perseroan. (*)
